Default Mask domain forward to IP address

I'm trying to forward a domain but not reveal the IP I'm forwarding it to. I'm not quite sure how to go about doing this and was hoping someone here might have an idea or point me in the right direction.

I have a domain with its website hosted on a server. This site also has a subdomain which I am putting on a server I recently ordered here at LT. But I don't want to change the subdomain address. My solution was to set cPanel on the other server to forward the subdomain to the IP address of my LT server, which won't have a domain for itself. When I do this, the IP address of my LT server will show up in my browser's address bar, which won't look good! I know that there are services that provide this forwarding or masking of IP's to domains and was wondering how I can setup my LT server to mask the IP so that it shows the subdomain the user initially entered.

My LT server running this site has Windows 2003 Standard and no control panel.

I did a couple of google searches and even a search here but was unable to find enough information to help me get this working right. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
