I am getting continuous abuse from

170.54.21.72.reverse.layeredtech.com

someone using automated scripts to download pages at a rate of several hundred per second.

The customer using this IP should know that unless this stops the name of their SEO company will be published next.

Where ip.to.ba.n is the offending IP.
( You do have apf firewall installed, don't you ? )

After this simple yet effective method, you save, filter and analyze the logs.
File a complain at abuse@[ip.block.owner] and follow the results.
